- The Doctoral Program of the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Ibaraki University, has been selected for the “FY2025 Special Program for Priority Allocation of Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarships” administered by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), Japan. Accordingly, the Graduate School invites applications from international students for admission to the Doctoral Program under the conditions described in these Application Guidelines.

- Leadership Development Program for Climate-Resilient Development in Asia Region
- [Program Objective]
- This program aims to cultivate human resources capable of leading climate-resilient development tailored to the diverse national contexts of Southeast Asian countries. Participants will acquire cutting-edge knowledge in integrated climate change science, grounded in Ibaraki University’s interdisciplinary research on climate change mitigation and adaptation.
